Police say they are suspected of offences that carry long prison sentences, including several who are believed to be the organisers of several drugs factories.
PC Dave Jackson said: "We know that residential properties are being used by organised criminals to cultivate cannabis. Usually these properties are rented, and we are encouraging landlords and neighbours to be vigilant.
