Two men gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Hartford have been identified by police. Lamar Gresham, 21, of Hartford, and Carlos Ortiz, 23, of New Britain, were shot on Edwards Street early Monday morning. Witnesses tell police the suspect(s) was driving a newer model while Nissan Maxima.
