Arrests Tuesday, Aug. 5, of Diamond Cut street gang members accused of being involved in a major cocaine and heroin drug ring is a watershed moment that could lead to more arrests, Montgomery County Sheriff Phil Plummer said.Plummer's deputies, Dayton police and up to 40 members of other area law enforcement agencies armed with federal criminal complaints carried out the raid, coordinated by the FBI, on suspected drug trafficking."It was a high target for us," Plummer said.
