The operation dubbed Golf Cyclone II is targeting places where Hells Angels, Rebels, Bandidos, Black Uhlans, Outcasts and Finks reside such as Redcliffe, Caboolture, Sunshine Coast, Maryborough, Gympie and Bundaberg districts.Police have arrested 12 people as part of an operation targeting members of outlaw motorcycle gangs in Queensland.Drugs, including cannabis and methamphetamines, and weapons, ranging from batons and a pellet paint gun, were uncovered from searches of several houses on Thursday.Two women and 10 men were arrested on a total of 20 charges, including possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a dangerous weapon.They will appear in local courts in August.North Coast Regional Crime Coordinator Superintendent John Maloney said officers would continue to crack down on organised crime within the region."The first phase of this operation was carried out in the Sunshine Coast and Maryborough Districts in May with 14 people arrested," Mr Maloney said."The second phase today has resulted in the arrest of 12 people who it is alleged are involved in illegal activities of outlaw motorcycle gangs."
