Justin Strom, Underground Gangster Crips Gang Member, Pleads Guilty To Prostituting 8 Girls

The last Underground Gangster Crips member in a prostitution case in Fairfax County pleaded guilty to sex trafficking girls on Tuesday. Twenty-six-year-old Justin Strom (also known as "Jae," "Jae Dee," or "J-Dirt") of Lorton, Va., pleaded guilty to recruiting at least eight juvenile girls to engage in commercial sex for his street gang's prostitution business over a period of six years. The gang members would pressure young girls who they met online or at Metro stops into prostitution. Strom pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of a child, which carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and maximum penalty of life in prison. Strom's sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 14.
